This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and replacements are handled for purchases made through www.indiancubeassociation.com (“Website”).
By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The item is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and invoice intact.

The return request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items not meeting these criteria will not be eligible for return or replacement.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or damaged products caused by customer handling.

Apparel (T-shirts) that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Customized or limited-edition merchandise.

Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

Email us at support@indiancubeassociation.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).

Our team will verify the claim and provide return instructions within 2–3 business days.

The product must be shipped back in secure packaging to prevent transit damage.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

ICA reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above requirements.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., bank account, UPI, or card).

In case of payment gateway delays, ICA shall not be held liable beyond reasonable control.
If the product is not eligible for refund (e.g., physical damage or tampering), it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
5. Replacement Policy
If an item is found defective or incorrect, a replacement will be issued subject to stock availability.
If replacement is not possible, a full refund or store credit will be provided at the customer’s preference.
6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

ICA reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failures, or suspected fraud. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or missing items:

Provide clear photos or unboxing videos as evidence.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
